If You Need Help When We Are Closed

If you are unwell and the surgery is closed the following services are available.

For urgent medical assistance which may require an ambulance please dial 999, for other medical assistance that cannot wait until the surgery re-opens, please contact  NHS111 online, or call 111 from any phone.

Monday to Friday from 6:30pm to 8:00pm and during weekends and bank holidays from 8:00am to 8:00pm, contact the GP evening and weekend Extended Access Service provided by Barnet Federated GPs on 020 3948 6809 to book an appointment.

For medical attention outside of these times, please contact  NHS111 online, or call 111 from any phone.

A walk in service for minor injuries is available at Edgware Community Hospital, Burnt Oak Broadway, Edgware, Middlesex HA8 OAD. Telephone: 020 8732 6459.

For serious illness or injury please attend the nearest Accident and Emergency Department.

Transport

Edgware Station is an 18-minute walk from the surgery on Sefton Avenue. There is a bus stop outside the surgery for the bus number 303.

Physical Accessibility

There is disabled access and disabled toilet facilities at Mulberry Medical Practice. A hearing loop is available at reception if needed.

How to Make a Complaint

There may be times when you feel a formal complaint is necessary. The practice operates a complaints procedure in line with the NHS regulations. You can make a complaint verbally, in writing or via email at nclicb.mulberry.medicalpractice@nhs.net to the Practice Manager.
