Register with the Surgery

Catchment Area

Before filling out a registration form, check you are in our catchment area. Registration is open to anyone who resides in the surgery area.

You can search for your postcode by clicking the magnifier in the top right corner of the map, this will indicate whether you live within the boundary or not.

Registering with the Surgery

To register with the surgery:

• fill out an online registration form
• visit reception from 10am to 6pm to get a help with registering online

When you register, it’s helpful to have your NHS number. You can use the NHS website to find your NHS number.

All patients are registered with the surgery but are allocated a named GP who is a partner of the surgery. Patients are not restricted to book appointments with their allocated GP and can book appointments with any GP in the team.
